As an ANALYST PENSION & ACCOUNTING (M/F/D), you will be the point of contact for a wide range of financial and technical matters, particularly accounting under the German Commercial Code (HGB) and German tax accounting law.

Impact You'll Own

  • Drive the intercompany transfer pricing process through cost and KPI analysis and planning in line with German commercial law
  • Coordinate cross-functional statutory accounting processes, including fixed asset management and related requirements
  • Act as a trusted finance partner for Marketing and Sales when introducing new commercial processes, ensuring compliant financial implementation
  • Foster collaboration with international IBS teams and Centers of Expertise (COE) across a broad range of finance topics
  • Contribute to local and global finance projects that support business transformation and continuous improvement

What You'll Do

  • Support the operational and accounting activities related to pension trusts and defined benefit plans
  • Advise the Integrated Business Services (IBS) organization on accounting and commercial law matters for entities in Germany and Austria and support the preparation of statutory financial statements
  • Support annual financial statement audits in collaboration with external auditors
  • Work closely with the Tax team and contribute to tax accounting activities and tax audits
  • Prepare legally required external reports and statistics for the German market

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or Taxation
  • Experience in finance or accounting, ideally within an international company or audit environment
  • Good knowledge of German statutory accounting requirements (HGB)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high affinity for numbers and systems
  • Independent, structured and proactive way of working with strong communication skills
  • Business-fluent German and English
