Global Manager Tax & Legal Affairs (f/m/d)
- Tax CMS: Lead the setup and continuous maintenance of the global Tax Compliance Management System (Tax CMS) in partnership with Deloitte, including reporting and documentation.
- Transfer Pricing: Oversee and coordinate group-wide transfer pricing documentation (master/local files) and ensure compliance quality across local entities.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain standard procedures for tax and corporate law topics (e.g., EU guidelines, Pillar 2, IC pricing).
- Legal Coordination: Manage corporate legal tasks such as managing directors' appointments, articles of association, and shareholder resolutions in close collaboration with Legal.
- Process Ownership: Take ownership of management systems for tax and legal processes within FHCS.
- Post-Merger Integration: Design and coordinate the legal integration of newly acquired companies, including mergers and entity consolidation.
- Compliance: Ensure full adherence to transparency requirements and legal documentation obligations with strong awareness of legal liability and risk mitigation.
- Education: Degree in business administration, ideally with focus on tax, accounting, or corporate law (Bachelor/Master).
- Experience: Initial work experience in tax, transfer pricing, or legal/compliance – consulting background welcome.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Expertise: Basic knowledge of IFRS, indirect tax regulations, EU directives (e.g., DAC6/7), and corporate governance.
- Systems: Interest in tax/legal compliance systems, ideally with some experience in documentation or CMS tools.
- Soft Skills: High level of integrity, independence, and a structured work style.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams (legal, tax, finance) and external consultants or stakeholders.
