- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with local GAAP.
- Support the preparation of IFRS reporting packages for Group reporting.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure high-quality financial data.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare management reports, KPI analyses and financial presentations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and financial reports.
- Support external auditors, tax advisors and statutory reporting requirements.
- Act as a key user for SAP FI/CO and support process improvements.
- Participate in finance digitalization and automation projects.
- Work closely with Controlling, Purchasing, Sales and Operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working experience with integrated business systems such as ERP solutions, travel and expense management systems, banking platforms, and reporting tools.
- Able to work independently and effectively under time pressure and deadline driven within a fast-paced, dynamic and customer-oriented environment.
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and manage complex situations.
- High Level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality, trustfulness and a high standard of work ethics.
- Sufficient command in spoken and written English and German.
- Profound knowledge of German tax, accounting standards and regulations.
- Good knowledge of business intelligence tools, mainly SAP FI/CO.
- University degree or comparable qualification in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting or Controlling.
- Practical experience with SAP FI/CO and finance-related applications such as travel and expense management, treasury, banking, and reporting systems.
- Understanding of finance data flows, interfaces, and integrations between accounting, travel management, procurement, HR, and banking systems.
- Good understanding of IFRS reporting.
- Experience in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Experience in an international manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience in process improvements or finance digitalization is desirable.
- Sufficient command of spoken and written English and German.

- Experience with Group Reporting.

- Knowledge of consolidation processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Initial exposure to listed companies or IPO-related reporting.
