- Manage daily cash management operations, including payment processing, bank statement setup, account administration, and system interfaces
- Take ownership of the implementation and administration of a new treasury management system
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Power BI dashboards to enhance reporting and insights
- Ensure the smooth operation of the global payment factory, maintaining efficiency and reliability
- Oversee and manage cash pooling structures and related contracts
- Drive AI and automation initiatives to continuously improve and streamline treasury processes
- Administer and optimize factoring programs to support liquidity and working capital management
- Monitor and enhance bank fee transparency and efficiency across the organization
- Successfully completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an international treasury environment
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Strong affinity for IT and digital tools, particularly Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and AI applications
- Willingness to further develop treasury expertise, including participation in relevant training programs (depending on experience level)
- Structured and detail-oriented working style with a strong focus on quality
- Independent and solution-oriented mindset and approach to work
- High level of initiative combined with a quick grasp of new concepts
- Willingness to take ownership and proactively drive decisions and results
