Join our global Finance Processes Team and play a key role in shaping the future of our Accounting and Record‑to‑Report landscape. In this position, you will drive process excellence, support our S/4 HANA transformation, and help establish best‑in‑class Finance standards across the company.   • Analysis, optimization, and documentation of existing global Finance/Accounting processes
  • Preparation of Accounting guidelines in English and publication on relevant accounting platforms/pages
  • Participation in the S/4HANA transformation project with a focus on Finance/Accounting processes (especially Record‑to‑Report) and support of the RTR Workstream Lead in planning, coordination, and monitoring
  • Development, alignment, and documentation of S/4HANA target processes, including process maps, end‑to‑end flows, role/responsibility models, and control points
  • Definition and implementation of best practices within the S/4HANA project to enhance efficiency, standardization, and automation
  • Support in the creation of business requirements, user stories, and process/system specifications, as well as coordination with IT, implementation partners, and global stakeholders
  • Contribution to the review and documentation of the SAP FI chart of accounts
  • Preparation of training and communication materials, support for rollout activities and adoption of new processes, collaboration with other departments, adherence to compliance requirements, and participation in projects related to process improvement and innovation

  • Completed university degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven professional experience in Finance/Accounting or finance process management, ideally in a global environment
  • Strong understanding of Accounting/RTR processes and experience in process analysis, design, and optimization
  • Expertise in SAP FI, including experience with master data management for general ledger accounts
  • Practical experience with S/4HANA and familiarity with S/4HANA best practices for financial processes
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive, results‑oriented working style
  • Excellent communication skills, confident cross‑functional collaboration, and enthusiasm for teamwork and project work
  • Reliability, team spirit, resilience, very good English skills (spoken and written), and advanced MS Office skills
