Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant specializing in Talent Management and Organizational Development. The Consultant will foster initiatives and concepts within Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development. The candidate will be responsible for implementing strategies and programs that enhance employee engagement, attract top talent, and support our cultural initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and improve concepts within talent management, talent acquisition, learning, and cultural development
• Analyze talent data and provide actionable recommendations
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and design selection processes
• Implement employee development and career advancement programs
• Advise on performance management and goal setting
• Assist in succession planning and talent retention strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams for seamless integration
• Deliver presentations and learning initiatives on talent management topics

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 3 years of experience as a Talent Management Consultant or similar role
• Deep understanding of talent management principles and best practices
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Proficiency in HRIS and talent management software
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
