For its Hamburg location, we are seeking a compelling leadership personality as Commercial / Sales Director (m/f/d).


  • You lead the strategic and operational development of a key pan-European omnichannel account, driving sustainable revenue and profit growth.
  • You hold full responsibility for the overall commercial performance (sales, profitability, pricing) and develop integrated activation strategies to increase demand and customer loyalty.
  • You manage cross-country customer strategies, lead central negotiations and ensure the consistent execution of joint business and growth plans.
  • You optimize omnichannel performance across all relevant touchpoints (e-commerce, digital and instore visibility, media, conversion) using data-driven approaches to increase market share.
  • You collaborate closely with international, cross-functional teams and foster effective cooperation as well as the sharing of best practices across markets.
  • You build strategic relationships with key decision-makers, position your company as a preferred partner, and continuously identify new growth opportunities.
  • The role involves regular travel within Europe to ensure close alignment with key stakeholders and markets.

  • You hold a degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification, alternatively a commercial background with relevant experience.
  • You bring solid experience in Key Account Management within the consumer goods sector, ideally with a focus on large retail organizations.
  • You have a proven track record in building and developing international retail partnerships, with a strong understanding of retail dynamics and the effective integration of brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels.
  • You are experienced in working within international corporate structures and managing complex, cross-functional organizations across multiple markets.
  • You demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and are able to align and balance diverse interests at senior management level.
  • You bring strong negotiation skills and relationship management capabilities.
  • You are fluent in German and English and operate confidently in an international business environment.
