- Lead and orchestrate high‑priority strategic and global HR projects across the full lifecycle.
- Align project activities with strategic ambitions and support forward‑looking decision‑making.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in line with HR and business priorities.
- Translate complex challenges into actionable, customer‑centric solutions.
- Drive alignment and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and critical interfaces.
- Prepare executive‑ready dashboards, presentations, and decision documents.
- Drive change management activities and ensure sustainable adoption of new solutions and processes.
- Bachelor's degree (or comparable qualification) in Business Administration, human resources management, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex strategic consulting projects or working in a dedicated management consulting environment, ideally with some exposure to or interest in HR topics
- Proven track record in independently managing full project lifecycles in high‑stakes, cross‑functional settings
- Strong expertise in project and process management, with a highly structured, analytical and outcome‑oriented approach
- Strong experience interacting with senior leadership, developing decision‑ready deliverables and facilitating executive‑level discussions
- Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear strategic recommendations
- High IT affinity and advanced MS-Office-Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to drive implementation without formal authority and operate effectively in dynamic, ambiguous environments
- Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
