Global Financial Reporting & Treasury Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Global Financial Reporting & Treasury Manager to lead our specialized reporting and treasury team across Germany, Ireland, and the US, under the direction of our CFO. This role focuses on the leadership of this specific finance function, ensuring reporting integrity and compliance while developing your team of experts. You will work closely with the CFO to provide accurate financial data that supports the broader strategic goals of the company.


Technical Skills:

  • Prepare and review site and Exaktera financial accounts in accordance with German GAAP (HGB), IFRS, and US GAAP as applicable.
  • Coordinate and lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with German tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements, and internal controls.
  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Product Line, HR, and Sales, to optimize financial performance and cost efficiency.
  • Support internal and external audits, providing required documentation and explanations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, and reporting.
  • Manage and develop a global finance team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; Master's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA) preferred.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in financial controlling, consolidation, or accounting, ideally in a multinational organization.
  • Strong knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), IFRS, and German tax law.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (DATEV or similar) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.
