Your Mission
Protect inventory.
Reduce shrink.
Strengthen end-to-end supply chain security.
Build scalable, data-driven loss prevention standards across retail, eCommerce, logistics & 3PL.

Inventory Control & Shrink Management

• Lead cycle count programs & annual physical inventories
• Ensure inventory accuracy & variance resolution
• Analyze shrink, discrepancies & process gaps (Excel, BI tools)
• Develop and implement LP control systems & SOPs
• Establish early warning mechanisms for inventory deviations (e.g. returns)
• Support accrual checks & quarterly inventory reviews
• Drive cross-functional improvement projects on stock adjustments

Operational Loss Prevention (Retail, eCommerce, Logistics, 3PL)

• Conduct LP audits across retail stores, warehouses & 3PL sites
• Develop and track corrective action plans
• Monitor shrink trends in retail & eCommerce fulfillment
• Perform stock & financial reconciliations
• Audit warehouse & transport security compliance
• Investigate theft, fraud, security breaches & inventory variances
• Perform structured root cause analysis
• Collaborate with carriers, 3PLs & logistics partners to ensure secure goods handling

Supply Chain Security & Compliance

• Maintain audit documentation & incident reporting
• Act as key contact for regulatory & security inquiries
• Track and report LP & security KPIs to senior leadership
• Ensure alignment with international logistics security standards

Training & Awareness

• Design and deliver LP & security training programs
• Train warehouse staff, drivers & logistics partners
• Promote a culture of security awareness & accountability

Professional Experience

• 3+ years in Logistics, Supply Chain, Retail or eCommerce
• Focus on Inventory Control, Security and or Loss Prevention
• Experience with 3PL and international logistics providers
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations & transport networks
• Exposure to retail & eCommerce shrink risks highly desirable

Systems & Analytics

• Strong experience with WMS & SAP (S/4HANA, Fiori)
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, reconciliation)
• Experience analyzing large datasets
• Investigation & root cause analysis experience
• KPI-driven performance mindset

Certifications (plus)

• TAPA FSR / TSR
• CPP (ASIS)
• ISO 28000

• Clear communicator & confident stakeholder manager
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, proactive
• Fluent English (C1 required)
