• Drive and scale international revenue growth through strategic, high-value B2B sales.

• Represent First Climate externally - at industry events, conferences, and in key networks - strengthening our market authority.

• Proven success and experience in complex B2B sales, key account management, or business development with a strong record of achieving targets.
• You actively look for and develop new business opportunities instead of waiting for them.
• Strong commercial understanding and confident in managing pipelines, forecasts, and revenue goals.
• A supportive and reliable leader who sets clear expectations and helps teams succeed.
• Experience selling complex solutions to large organizations; experience in sustainability or energy is a plus. Professional fluency in English and German with strong communication skills.
