1. Growth & Strategic Support

• Support strategic initiatives within the Growth & Partnerships team
• Conduct research and prepare concepts for new ecosystem initiatives
• Bridge strategy and execution by identifying operational gaps

2. Partner Pilots & Ecosystem Experiments

• Support the design and rollout of new partner pilots
• Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders
• Capture learnings and support scale/stop decisions

3. Benefits Gallery Ownership
(Our in-house platform connecting startups and service providers)

• Manage day-to-day operations and ecosystem inbox
• Review and verify startup applications
• Ensure smooth benefit access and partner coordination

4. Platform & Automation Health

• Monitor platform reliability and workflows (Airtable, Zapier, Slack, email)
• Identify and resolve broken processes or data inconsistencies
• Contribute to operational efficiency improvements

Who We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of relevant experience (startups, consulting, growth, partnerships, operations)
• Enrolled in an MBA or Master's program
• Comfortable with both operational execution and strategic thinking
• Structured, reliable, and proactive
• Interested in startup ecosystems and systems — not just individual companies
• Willing to take ownership of foundational operational work
